Day 1 - Thunderbolts Cave

7am saw us away and meeting up with our travelling companions on this adventure. Warwick saw a light lunch chased by sampling liquers at Glen Alpin Castle (Near Stanthorpe), followed but berry deserts at the Bramble Patch, Stanthorpe.  After crossing the border (photo op for our travelling companions as it was their first time outside of Queensland as a family, grabbed some boxes of fruit at Cherrydale, near the Bluff, NSW.  Heading South we croseed into NSW, in search of our first ghost. We set camp beside Captain Thunderbolts Cave, about 35k's north of Armidale. Explored the cave, and enjoyed a camp fire before retiring. Great spot, especially for the price.
